Under the Support to National Policies for Urban Poverty Reduction program (SNPUPR)- the Technical Assistance of Department for Funding for International Development, Government of UK to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (Mo HUPA).
•Formulated the policy and advised programme implementation on slum-free city planning and affordable housing.
•Framed policy notes on behalf of the President, Prime Minister and the Minister, Mo HUPA, Government of India, on Mo HUPA programmes and policies
•Programme budget allocation for INR 38000crore (5352 million USD) to states based on distinct parameters of poverty measurement and weighted analysis
•Provided capacity building and training for stakeholders in diverse cities and states for policy formulation and plan preparation
