Key Responsibilities:
•Designed processing and administration of loans for large-scale infrastructure and housing projects
•Evaluated and monitored projects vis-a-vis utilization of funds and grants
•Provided urban advisory services for state governments, statutory authorities and urban local bodies

•Urban local bodies across the country and public authorities including Water Supply Boards, Housing Boards, Electricity Boards, City Corporations, Development Authorities, Port Authorities, and large private actors such as Larsen & Toubro, India and GMR Infrastructure Limited, India
Appraisal and Monitoring:
•Appraised and monitored grant utilisation and disbursement for :
o Social Infrastructure Programs of the Government of India viz. Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY), Valmiki
Ambedkar Awas Yojana (VAMBAY), Kfw line of credit loans for housing for the poor and several other
GOI programs implemented by the public authorities
o Infrastructure Schemes in Transportation, Power, Ports, Water Supply and Sanitation
o Commercial Infrastructure Projects such as Development of Office Spaces, Neighbourhoods and
Tourism-related Infrastructure
