The role inludes,

Flagship programme of Government of India with a Grant in aid of INR 51.42 billion ($724M) - comprised identification and development of 300 planned clusters of growth in rural areas across the country; through development of rural markets, economies, basic and social amenities
.•Drafted a new methodology and proof of concept on identification of clusters using spatial and statistical tools
•Leading programme design which includes formulation, budgeting, preparing monitoring frameworks including data warehousing and communication and dissemination to state governments across the country
•Successfully disseminated and scaled up the programme to reach all 29 states and 6 UTs which entailed robust capacity building, communication, networking and relationship building
•Set up and scaled the programme unit comprising 20 direct reports and 36 State offices
•Extensive collaboration and stakeholder consultation with industry, experts, institutions, and government during all stages of programme development from design to implementation
